If you are ordering from the site for the first time, we will contact you by telephone or email to confirm your order and arrange delivery and payment details.
We will do our utmost to fulfill all orders, and we endeavour to maintain the website as up to date as possible. In exceptional circumstances, such as when supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to suggest an alternative wine or let you know the time delay.
